Kielbasa Pie

Ingredients:

1 16 ounce pkg kielbasa or polish sausage, sliced thin
2-2/3 cup instant mash potato buds
3 cups hot water
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
2 small zucchini, sliced (spinach or green beans may be used instead)
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

In medium bowl, pour hot water over mashed potato buds. Set aside.

In shallow 9" x 13" baking pan, arrange kielbasa on bottom. Layer zucchini slices on top of kielbasa. Pour tomato sauce evenly over kielbasa and zucchini.

Stir potatoes. Drop by large spoonfuls onto sausage mixture. Spread potatoes with spoon to make an even layer of potatoes and to cover sausage mixture. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on potatoes.

Back in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until sauce is bubbly and cheese is lightly brown. Let sit 5 minutes before serving to prevent burns.
