Yummy Jello

2 small boxes or one large box gelatin dessert any flavor
1 small container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 banana sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and quartered (optional)
juice from fruit plus enough cold water to make 2 cups
2 cups boiling water

Drain juice from fruits into a measuring cup. Add enough cold water to measure 2 cups. Set aside.

In large bowl, pour boiling water over jello and stir until dissolved. Add fruit and cold water. Stir to cool mixture. Add whipped topping and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate until gelatin sets.
